Auxiliary: Thanks to all who supported our Post in most of the activities mentioned above. And
a special thanks to those who attended the service and helped with the memorial meal for Juanita
Parke, a lifetime member who passed away the end of June. As the President I would also like to
give my personal thanks to the members who contributed salads and desserts, and helped with
serving and cleanup for the Fair Judges Luncheon. We had many compliments and thanks from
the group. As your new auxiliary president, some of these commitments can be intimidating and I
appreciate all of your help in getting our projects done.
It is a new membership year and we will need to replace 5 or 6 members this year to maintain our
100%+ in membership. Keep a membership application with you in case the opportunity arises to
invite someone to join our great organization.
Our next meeting will be the 20th of September.
